Clover honey is new Zealand’s most common honey type.   This is because it is a staple of the New Zealand pasture.   It is light in colour, with a delicate floral bouquet and flavour which is clean, mild and sweet, making it a very fine classical honey.

The aroma is suggestive of dry grass, with just a hint of plums.
